I had a great stay at Intown Residence! The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was soft and cozy. The shower gel provided in the bathroom smelled fantastic. The hotel's location was convenient for my conference, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We had a romantic escape and stayed at this hotel for a few nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for us as it was close to all the best attractions and things to do in the city. We also enjoyed the comfortable bed and the beautiful view from our room.
There were a few things that we did not enjoy about our stay. Our towels were a bit old and worn, which was not ideal.

The Intown Residence in Bangkok exceeded my expectations in several ways. The location was ideal for my conference, and the restaurant served delicious food. Despite the initial coldness of the staff, they were helpful and accommodating when I had questions. Although not near major attractions, the nearby ferry stop and buses provided convenient transportation options.

This hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to various transportation options. the coffee bar downstairs serves as a nice break from the basic and clean room. the bed is comfortable, and the shower gel provided is pleasant.
There were limited breakfast options, and staff had difficulty assisting with taxi or ride-sharing options.

We loved the clean and cozy room, soft and comfortable bed, and the fantastic smelling shower gel provided by the hotel. The staff were very kind, helpful, and respectful towards us during our stay. The hotel's location was also great, with easy access to transportation via ferry, bus, taxi or tuk-tuk.

The view from my room was breathtaking, I could see the entire city from up there. the hotel was located in a very convenient area, close to great restaurants and shopping centers. I also enjoyed the free breakfast every morning, which offered a good variety of options.
The noise level was quite high during the night, which made it hard for me to sleep. the staff wasn't very helpful when it came to finding transportation, which was frustrating at times.
